As a Respirologist, Intensivist and Physician Leader, during the last 25 years I have successfully coached  Leaders and teams through times of radical change and growth. I have seen fatigue, frustration and burnout in my “work family” of Physicians.  I have now fully refocused, serving Physicians and Physician Leaders as an Executive Coach.
