Expertise: Physician Leadership Capacity Restoration, Neuroplasticity-Informed Executive Coaching, Group and Team Coaching for Clinical Departments, Conflict and Communication Breakdown, Leadership Strain and Capacity Erosion, High-Stakes Decision Environments, Restorative Departmental Facilitation

Mantra:
Skill remains intact. Access does not.

Cheryl works with physician leaders, medical directors, and clinical departments inside complex health systems to restore leadership capacity at the level where it is actually failing — not behavior, but the nervous system pattern driving it.

The presenting issue is usually conflict, communication breakdown, or leadership strain. The underlying issue is almost always cumulative load that standard coaching, education, and punitive processes cannot reach.

She works through structured group and team engagements — department workshops, leadership cohorts, and team coaching containers — and individual coaching targeting capacity, decision quality, and functioning under sustained pressure. Not remediation. Precision work for high performers who know something has shifted.

Documented outcomes include conflict moved from escalation to open dialogue, restored leadership confidence in high-stakes formal processes, and strengthened psychological safety across rural and urban clinical departments.

Engagements are available virtually across Canada and the United States, and on site by arrangement.
