Vivek Iyer is an executive and leadership coach with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across PwC, EY and AC Nielsen. He has held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, operations, finance, talent and organizational development across India, the UK, Canada and Singapore.

As the founder of Swanvesha, Vivek works with senior and top leaders navigating leadership transitions, greater organizational responsibility and stakeholder management. He supports leaders to examine how they think, interact, make decisions and lead across public and private healthcare organizations, management consulting and financial services.

In the healthcare sector, he works with physician and non-physician leaders on leadership transitions, strategic thinking, communication and navigating complex organizational environments.
